High‑Efficiency Peltier Cooling OEM Module

EvgenyAugust 13, 2026August 13, 2026 No Comments

compact, OEM cooling controller optimized for beverage and food‑tech applications. The module drives eight single‑stage Peltier elements (12V, 5A max each) from a single 24 V supply and delivers up to 600 W of TEC drive power to a copper cold reservoir. Each hot side is actively cooled by a custom aluminum heatsink fed by eight heat pipes, keeping hot‑side temperatures typically within +20 °C of room temperature under load.

Power electronics are based on custom, high‑efficiency DC‑DC drivers and a 32‑bit ARM MCU that implement advanced control algorithms. Internal control logic runs the TECs on the most energy‑efficient course – measured coefficient of performance (COP) at ΔT=40°C is approximately 0.2, roughly four times more efficient than equivalent PWM‑driven operation – significantly reducing consumed power and self‑heating. The unit supports multiple operating modes including constant voltage, constant power, and PID temperature control to match diverse cooling strategies.

The central controller exposes eight additional switched outputs (MOSFET, up to 5 A nominal each) to power and coordinate peripherals such as pumps, hydraulic valves, and fans. A comprehensive sensor suite provides temperature, power, and water‑flow feedback for closed‑loop operation and fault detection. All wetted and exposed materials are selected to meet food‑industry standards, simplifying integration into beverage and food equipment.

Connectivity and user interface include a GUI with real‑time diagnostics, sensor readouts, data logging, and remote control via USB. An optional Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi module is planned for future remote operation. Designed as an OEM module, this unit provides compact form factor, modular integration, and firmware‑upgradeable control while focusing only on cooling management.
